No Show & Late Cancellation Policy

If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel without at least 24 hours' notice, a deposit will be required to reschedule your pet's appointment. For Monday appointments, notice must be given by Friday.

The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment; however, if another no-show or late cancellation occurs, the deposit will be forfeited.
