Courtney has lived on the Olympic Peninsula for her entire life. With deep roots on our Peninsula, the family’s name has been synonymous with draft horse and conventional logging, cattle production, and dairy farming for over 80 years. Courtney grew up around animals and was seriously involved with her high school’s FFA club.
A 2011 graduate of our own Washington State University (GO COUGS), Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. Her degree is in Animal Science, Production Management with an emphasis on reproduction and nutrition in large animals. She continues to make use of her training, working on her family’s cattle farm, Breithaupt Cattle Co, and helping out with the local FFA & 4H. At Blue Mountain Animal Clinic, Courtney’s excellent veterinary nursing skills shine and her team spirit plus sparkling personality are an integral part of our crew.
Courtney and her husband, Brian, are raising their daughter, Bristol, and newborn son, Luke, in Agnew. They share their home with Cowboy, a Chihuahua and two Humane Society cats, Dan Wesson and Liberty Belle.
