  1. Respectful Behavior: We expect all pet owners to treat our staff members and fellow clients with respect, courtesy, and kindness. Verbal abuse, threats, or aggressive behavior towards any member of our team will not be tolerated.
  2. Professional Communication: We encourage open communication with our clients to better understand your pets’ needs. Please communicate your concerns, questions, and expectations in a respectful and constructive manner.
  3. No Tolerance for Physical Abuse: Any form of physical abuse towards our staff or any animal within the clinic premises is strictly forbidden. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of our services, and we may take appropriate actions as required by law.
  4. Compliance with Instructions: To provide the best care for your pets, it is crucial to follow our veterinarians’ instructions and guidelines. This includes administering medications, adhering to treatment plans, and maintaining scheduled appointments.
  • Timeliness: We strive to maintain a well-organized schedule for all our clients. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments to ensure that we can provide the best care for your pets. In the event that you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a later date to accommodate other clients and maintain the quality of care for all.
  • Responsible Pet Ownership: As a responsible pet owner, it is your duty to ensure your pet’s well-being outside the clinic as well. This includes adhering to local laws, providing proper identification, and securing your pets on leashes or in carriers when required.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality: Respecting the privacy of all clients and staff is of utmost importance. Please do not discuss personal matters or information about other clients or staff members in public areas.
By signing this Client Code of Conduct Policy, you acknowledge that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of your relationship with Blue Mountain Animal Clinic. If, at any time, you feel dissatisfied with our services, please communicate your concerns to our management in a respectful manner so that we may address them promptly and appropriately.
