Blue Mountain Animal Clinic is growing! We are a privately owned Animal Hospital looking for a receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional, compassionate multi-tasker who strives to provide excellent customer service. This is a job for someone who is confident in their technical skills and comfortable in a busy environment. They must love animals and want to be part of a team whose mission is to provide top-notch care to our clients and patients.

You are a motivated and compassionate customer service professional! You are a team player who is enthusiastic in helping pets and owners. You are organized and diligent in your work, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of the animals we treat. You are used to navigating veterinary software as well as gracefully helping clients in a range of different situations, with different personality types.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
- Ability to answer a multi-line phone system with a high volume of incoming calls
- Understanding of veterinary medicine protocols & terminology, Documentation with charting
